We Need to Protect Substations!

     Substations are part of the energy journey. They provide the electricity for your house. You may have not thought about where it comes from, maybe just the wall, : ) but it goes through so many different phases!

     Do you know how important electricity is? You may not realize it, but we rely heavily on electricity and energy. For example, do your parents drink coffee? Well, if there is a power outage, then they can’t get their coffee! We need and rely on electricity so much! Those are just some examples.  

 

     Our problem is that substations are not protected enough and that we need to prevent attacks such as the recent ones in North Carolina and Washington State.
