Shooting: People can easily shoot the substation through the chain link fence and hit the highly vulnerable parts

Climbing: Climbing chain link fence can be incredibly easy due to the amount of holes on them. They can access anything they want to inside the substation after they get in.

Cyber Attacks: Companies can connect their substation through the Internet so they don’t have to monitor the cameras in person, they can just monitor them from home which leads to the substations being able to be hacked. As soon as the substation gets connected to the internet, it becomes highly vulnerable to cyber attacks.
