We have 2 parts to our solution:
Solution to Prevent the Attack
The solution to prevent the attack is to have a concrete wall to prevent shooting and obstructed sight by the human and slanted barbed wire or circular barbed wire at the top to prevent climbing.
Solution to analyze the attack after
The solution for analyzing and looking at the situation after the attack is CCTV cameras with infrared sensors in them (closed circuit cameras) that record the attack with video analytics in special and discrete positions. Video Analytics is used to identify what objects are being recorded on the camera, such as a human, animal, car, etc. When it is an actual attack, it can send a notification to the owner or sound an alarm.
Another Solution to prevent the Attack
If we have signs on the perimeter of the substation stating the penalty if someone vandalizes, they will be less likely to attack.
